3 Rivers Throwdown - Mikey Thomas
Titletown MMA/Roufusport Green Bay fighter Mikey Thomas will look to make his debut at the upcoming 3 Rivers Throwdown show in August. He actually stopped by our old location, when we were located on Velp. It has been a long time coming and he's turned himself around and the team is excited to see Thomas fight.
The training camp has gone well, as we head into the toughest part of the camp dubbed to the fighters as "Hell week". Where everything from the sparring, cardio, and keep everything crisp and clean gets turn to 11. This is where the mental game, and the physical toughness come into play before the fights.
Mikey Thomas has put in the work with the fight team, and our supportive members! Along with the Titletown Wrestling Club, especially with Phil Rasmussen who unfortunately will be heading to college during Mikey's fight.
